Audrey Lustgarten

Audrey Lustgarten is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in global immigration law. As the Managing Partner at WR Immigration since April 2022, Audrey leads the WR Global division. Audrey co-founded paradiGM Community in June 2021, serving as a Grow Advocate. Prior to these roles, Audrey served as Principal at LG Global Immigration PLC from January 2014 to April 2022, focusing on employer representation in global immigration matters. Previous positions include Global Client Services Manager at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, and Associate Attorney roles at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and Paul Hastings. Audrey started the legal career at JONES DAY® in the Litigation Department and gained early experience as a Legal Extern at Public Counsel. Audrey earned a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Florida International University.
