Ken Howell

Ken Howell is the current Chief Operating Officer at Paradigm Consulting. Ken has held this position since April of 2016. Prior to that, they served on the Health Advisory Council for Manitoba eHealth - Winnipeg Regional Health Authority from July 2013 to April 2016. In this role, Ken provided feedback on matters related to health care, with a focus on areas such as home care, mental health, or ethics. Ken also served on the CMC-Canada Board of Directors from May 2009 to May 2010 and again from May 2012 to June 2013. In addition, Ken was the Manitoba Institute President for CMC-Manitoba from May 2008 to May 2009 and again from May 2010 to May 2012.

Ken Howell holds a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Regina and a Diploma in Business Administration from the same school. Ken also has certification from the Government of Canada in Level 2 Security Clearance, as well as AXELOS Global Best Practice's Portfolio, Program, and Project Manager Registered Consultant certification. Additionally, they have certifications from APMG International in Management of Portfolios (MOP) Practitioner Certification and Management of Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation Level, as well as Management of Risk Foundation Level from the same organization. Furthermore, Ken is a certified Portfolio, Program and Project Office (P3O) Registered Practitioner from Advantage Learning Ltd., and they have a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certification from COACH: Canada's Health Informatics Association. Additionally, they have a Change Management Certification (ADKAR) from Prosci and an Information Technology Certified Professional (ITCP) designation from CIPS (Canada’s Association of Information Technology Professionals).
