Jeff Jarecki

Jeff Jarecki has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership positions. In 2001, they started as the Director of Operations at Kindred Healthcare, overseeing operations in Central Indiana until 2004. Jeff then joined Trilogy Health Services, LLC as the Vice President of Operations for the Central Division from 2004 to 2008. Jeff then worked at InterDesign as the Director of Business Development from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they served as the Executive Director at Peabody Retirement Community from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Jeff founded their own company, Paradigm Health, and currently serves as the Founder and CEO.

Jeff Jarecki completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington from 1988 to 1991. Jeff later pursued an M.B.A. in Operations Management from Ball State University's Miller College of Business, completing it between 1995 and 1997.
