Kamaran Rasheed

Kamaran Rasheed is an experienced Policy Manager currently at Paradigm Housing Group since March 2018, where responsibilities include delivering assessments of the external operating environment to shape business strategy and ensuring compliance within the Corporate Policy Framework. Prior to this, from August 2006 to March 2018, Kamaran served as Policy and Planning Manager at A2Dominion, leading the development of a comprehensive policy framework and cross-cutting strategies, while also holding the position of lead officer for Equality & Diversity and Chair of the London Diversity Group. Kamaran began a career at the Lord Chancellors Department (HMRC) as an Executive Officer from January 1990 to August 2005.
