Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships to lead our partnership initiatives and drive growth through strategic alliances and collaborations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to inorganically grow our provider and patient network in the US, and expand our solution capabilities by establishing technical product partnerships. The Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships will play a critical role in shaping our partnership ecosystem, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market position.

Responsibilities:

  • Inorganically grow our provider and patient network in the US by establishing and nurturing partnerships with companies who serve the healthcare ecosystem and other relevant organizations to expand our reach.
  • Identify and prioritize technical product partnership opportunities to enhance our product portfolio and drive innovation, working closely with product development teams to identify and evaluate potential partners to enhance our solution offerings.
  • Lead partnership negotiations and contract discussions, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and building trust and credibility through regular communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and drive execution excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics and KPIs, tracking progress against goals and objectives and making data-driven recommendations to optimize partnership strategies and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats, and adapt partnership strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field; or relevant exeperience.
  • 7 years of experience in healthcare-related partnership development, business development, or related roles, with a track record of success in driving partnership initiatives and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare partnership ecosystems and dynamics, with experience in developing and managing partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of the US healthcare and digital health / health tech landscape and experience in growing provider networks and establishing partnerships with digital health / health tech organizations.
  • Previous experience developing technical partnership agreements to include co- development or ISV relationships.
  • Proven ability to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive partnerships to successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
