Michelle Lee is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in healthcare and operations management. Currently serving at Paradigm since August 2024, Michelle focuses on transforming patient care through innovative platforms. Previously held the Chief Operating Officer position at Vori Health from January 2021 to August 2024 and led pricing and wage strategy at Honor from May 2020 to February 2021. Michelle's earlier roles include Vice President of Hospitality/Operations at Lyric and Vice President of Portfolio Strategy & Operations at McKesson Technology, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy, program management, and team leadership. Michelle holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from The Wharton School and completed a coding bootcamp at The Tech Academy.
