Joe Wolak

Joe Wolak is an experienced technology leader with a strong track record in project management and software development. Currently serving as the VP of Technology Delivery at Paradigm Quest since February 2014, Joe oversees critical functions such as Development, Business Intelligence, and Testing, while managing the Technology Roadmap for Loan Origination software. Joe's leadership has led to significant improvements in IT stability and productivity, including the successful launch of mobile applications and the implementation of testing automation. Prior to Paradigm Quest, Joe held various roles at TD Bank Group, culminating as Senior IT Manager, where expertise in compliance technology and program management was demonstrated. Joe's early career includes positions at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, starting as a Lotus Notes Developer. Joe holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
