Vanda Motrogeanu, CFE, CIA, serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management at MCAP since December 2022, and concurrently holds the position of Manager of Credit and Servicing Compliance at Paradigm Quest, a role that has been maintained since July 2011. Previous experience includes working at Macquarie Group as a QA and Project Analyst (Associate Manager) from July 2005 to July 2011. Vanda possesses extensive educational qualifications, including postgraduate certificates in Project Management and Business Analysis for Financial Services from the University of Toronto, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from McGill University, a postgraduate certificate in Financial Services Underwriting from Seneca Polytechnic, a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philology and Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bucharest.
