Aaron Salot

Aaron Salot is a professional with experience in product and business operations, currently holding a position at Paradigm since June 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron served as Product Lead and Protocol Research for Visa Crypto from August 2022 to June 2023 and conducted research at Coinbase from January to June 2022. Experience in investment banking and wealth management was gained during internships at UBS in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Aaron started a career in business development as a Business Development Analyst at TruckPark Inc. in 2019. An academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Applied Math & Statistics from Macalester College, a study abroad program in Political Science and Government, and an International Baccalaureate in Political Economy from UWC Costa Rica.
