Javier Navarro

Javier Navarro is an experienced Professional Coach and Agile Delivery Leader at Paradigma Digital since June 2020, with a solid background in agile methodologies acquired during previous roles as Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Ryanair from February 2018 to June 2020. Prior to that, Javier held various technical positions at Amazon from March 2010 to February 2018, including Tech Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on eCommerce analysis, design, and development. Earlier experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at MediaNet Software - BuyVIP S.L., and a Software Engineer position at Ecija Solutions, where Javier contributed to web applications for the Spanish Ministry of Culture. An initial background as a Java Developer at Grupo Oesía involved the development and maintenance of a nursing management application. Javier holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Alcalá, completed in 2007.
