Jorge Laguna Hdez

Jorge Laguna Hdez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Lead Architect at Paradigma Digital since February 2023, where also holds the position of Head of Engineering for the DPLT project at Eurocontrol. Previously, Jorge worked at Mercadona as IT Process Director from June 2018 to February 2023, leading a transition to a product-centric approach for a large IT department and managing global IT solutions for purchasing applications. Additional roles include MVI IT Project Leader at Atlas Copco España, IT Coordinator & Project Manager at ITERA Soluciones de ingeniería S.L., Software Engineer at EINES, and Quality Computer Engineer at EU Ford España. Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and an MBA from Escuela Superior de Gestión, Administración y Dirección de Empresas GADE.
