Mark Parchment has a diverse work experience spanning various roles. Mark started their career in 2010 as an Activity Center Assistant Leader at Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation. In 2011, they took on the role of Director of Youth Ministry at St. Pius X Catholic Church, where they oversaw all youth programs and events. Mark then transitioned to working as a Server at Muenster Taverns from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Mark began their nursing career at Holy Cross Health as a Registered Nurse, a position they held until 2020. During this time, they gained valuable experience in patient care. Following that, they joined CorVel Corporation as a Field RN Case Manager, where they served until 2023. In this role, they managed and coordinated care for patients in various settings.

Currently, Mark is a Medical Case Manager at Paradigm, a role they started in 2023. Their skills and qualifications include a BA and BSN degrees, as well as being a Registered Nurse with specialized training in Wound Care Management (RN-WCCM).

Mark Parchment has a diverse educational background. In 2000, they obtained their high school diploma from Grosse Pointe South High School. Mark then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, completing the program in 2008. After that, Mark decided to further their education in the field of healthcare and attended Oak Point University from 2015 to 2016. There, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. With this comprehensive education, Mark has built a strong foundation in both religious studies and nursing.
