Cristal P. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Cristal started their career as a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager at ALARIS Group Inc in August 2015 and worked in that role until December 2018. In December 2018, they joined Paradigm as a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager, specializing in Complex Care Solutions. Currently, they are working as a Staff Nurse at UChicago Medicine, starting in January 2022.

Cristal P. has pursued their education in the field of nursing. Cristal attended the University of Illinois Chicago for Pre-Nursing Studies. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis University.
