Jennifer Pike

Jennifer Pike has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career as an LTC Auditor at Health Management Systems in 2009 and later worked as a Patient Account Analyst at Cooley Dickinson Hospital from 2010 to 2011. Jennifer joined Baystate Health in 2011 as an External Medical Record Auditing Specialist and then transitioned to the role of Patient Accounting Manager from 2013 to 2016. In 2012, they worked at Aetna as a Senior Project Manager, where they played a key role in managing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Jennifer then joined ForeSight Medical in 2016 as the Director of Bill Review, where they oversaw the auditing of workers' compensation claims. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Bill Review at Paradigm since December 2018, where they lead a team responsible for auditing workers' compensation claims involving implantable devices.

Jennifer Pike has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Development and Workplace Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Jennifer also has an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Springfield Technical Community College. In addition, they obtained a Lean - Yellow Belt certification in October 2013.
