Jody Iverson

Jody Iverson has extensive work experience in account management and client relationship management. From 2021 to the present, Jody has been serving as the Director of Account Management at Paradigm. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Jody worked at Conduent as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, leading the overall client experience and facilitating communication between clients and the delivery team. From 2015 to 2018, Jody was a Senior Account Executive at RTW, Inc., responsible for managing account relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Jody's earlier experience includes working as a Vice President and Account Executive at Aon from 2000 to 2014, where they utilized project management skills and built positive client relationships in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Additionally, Jody was selected by senior leadership to lead operational initiatives and present recommendations for implementation.

Jody Iverson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following that, Jody pursued a Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. In 2019, Jody enrolled at the Florida State University College of Law for a Juris Master degree, specializing in Health Care Regulation.
