Jody Spivey

Network Manager at Paradigm

Jody Spivey has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jody began their career as a Field Case Manager at GENEX Services, Inc. in 2004, where they worked for three years. In 2007, they joined Montana State Fund as a Medical Case Manager and stayed there for six years. Jody then transitioned to Genex Services in 2013 as a Medical Case Manager, where they were responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating injured individuals involved in the medical case management process. In 2015, they joined Stevenson Consulting Services as a Nurse Case Manager and also took on the role of Parade Co-Chair at Whitefish Winter Carnival. Jody held these positions until 2018, when they joined Paradigm Outcomes as a Network Manager. In the same year, Jody also started their own consulting company, JL Spivey Consulting. Prior to their career in case management, they participated in the Leadership Helena program at the Helena Chamber of Commerce in 2009. Additionally, Jody has been serving as a Nurse Case Manager in the Montana Army National Guard since 2008.

Jody Spivey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Montana between 1994 and 1996. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing at Carroll College from 2003 to 2007. Jody'seducation continued at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Gillings School of Global Public Health, where they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Occupational Health Nursing from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Jody Spivey has also obtained several certifications. Jody became a Certified Case Manager (CCM) through the Commission for Case Manager Certification in May 2003. Jody later achieved the status of Certified Occupational Health Nurse - Specialist (COHN-S) from the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses in May 2008. Jody'smost recent certification, the Certified Occupational Health Nurse - Specialist (COHN-S), was obtained from the American Board of Occupational Health Nurse in March 2018.
