Karen Delong

Karen DeLong has a diverse work experience, spanning from 1999 to the present. Karen is currently working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and CMO at Paradigm, a specialty care management organization focused on improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Assistant at AAA Club Partners from 2014 to 2015. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream in the same role. Before that, they served as an Executive Assistant and Recruiter at GreenPoint Mortgage from 2003 to 2005. Their career started at Marin General Hospital in 1999, where they held the position of Executive Assistant, Unit Clerk, and Monitor Tech until 2003. Karen also worked at EIF Group as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager from 1999 to 2002.

Karen DeLong has a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from California State University, Chico, which they obtained between 1983 and 1989. Karen later pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Theatre, specializing in Performance, from Binghamton University from 1989 to 1992.
