Michael Zambrano

Michael Zambrano's work experience begins in 2000 at New Mexico Mutual, where they started as a workers' comp claims adjuster and advanced to become a senior claims representative and then a communications specialist. In 2010, they joined IME Plus as the practice manager, responsible for scheduling and coordinating independent medical examinations. From 2011 to 2016, Zambrano worked at New Mexico Orthopaedics as the Worklink & Marketing Manager, overseeing scheduling and authorizations for workers' compensation services. Since 2016, they have been with Paradigm, first as the Director of Technical Sales for Complex Care Solutions and currently as the Director of Account Management for Case Management Services. At Paradigm, Zambrano focuses on providing cost-effective outcomes for high-dollar, chronic pain claims and improving care for people with complex and catastrophic injuries.

Michael Zambrano attended Santa Fe Community College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Subsequently, from 1995 to 1998, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism at The University of New Mexico.
