Dr. Noel So has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Noel is currently serving as the Paradigm Medical Director since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Amputation Medical Director at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from July 2017 to September 2022, where they also worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado during the same period. Before their tenure at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Dr. So operated their own medical practice, Noel So, MD LLC, from 2014 to 2017. Noel also gained experience as a Resident Physician at the Mayo Clinic from June 2010 to July 2013 and as a Surgical Intern at Nassau University Medical Center from July 2009 to June 2010.

Noel So, MD completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. Prior to that, they obtained an MD degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2009. In 2003, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Stony Brook University. In July 2013, they obtained a Colorado Medical License from the State of Colorado.
