Jessica brings more than 10 years of account management and customer success experience to Paradigm’s Customer Success team. She is passionate about bringing value to customers and colleagues in their day-to-day lives through operations, enablement, open conversations, and laughter.
In previous roles, Jessica led global Saas teams while driving process, documentation, and technology to deepen customer relationships and improve organizational efficiency.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College, where she studied Psychology, Government, and Leadership.
