Shikha Shetty Dhulandare has extensive experience in customer relationship management and data operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager - CRM at Paradise Group Builders & Developers since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Manager at Broker Network, Assistant Manager CRM at Runwal Group, and Assistant Manager- CRM at The Wadhwa Group. Shikha started in the industry as an Executive in Operations at Kalpataru Limited, where responsibilities included the creation of sales documents and handling customer-related issues. Initial experience includes data manipulation and auditing at CRIF Highmark Credit Information Services. Shikha holds an MBA in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor in Computer Applications from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, complemented by earlier education in biology and a diploma in International Airlines and Travel Management.
