Hunter Chun

Hunter Chun has worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Paradox since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President of BU Filipino Students Association from May 2019 to May 2020. Hunter also gained experience as a Support Operations Intern at AdmitHub from May 2019 to August 2019. In this role, they triaged support tickets through Zendesk and tracked their progress using Jira. Hunter analyzed chatbot performance and managed user data using Robo3T. Additionally, Hunter monitored chatbot interactions to improve response accuracy and ensure effective student support.

Hunter Chun attended Boston University from 2017 to 2022 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
