Jake Copeland

Jake Copeland has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jake started their career at Hot Air Expeditions, Inc. as a Crew Member from February 2014 to March 2015. Jake then worked as a Production Worker at Digital Systems Engineering for one month in June 2015. Jake also served as a Digital Marketing Intern at National Restoration from June 2017 to August 2017.

In 2017, Jake became the CEO/Co-Founder of BuildingBlox, where they focused on developing transparent software to facilitate information sharing and payments in the construction industry. Jake held this role from August 2017 to January 2018.

From 2016 to 2018, Jake worked at Arizona State University in various roles, including Community Assistant and Desk Assistant.

In 2018, Jake became involved with SURF as the Founder and Chief Information Officer, responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems for interactive tablets in rideshare cars. Jake held this position from March 2019 to October 2019. Prior to that, they served as Founder and Director of Systems at SURF, managing product development and internal business processes from January 2018 to March 2019.

Jake then worked as the Director of Operations at Hot Bands Entertainment from October 2019 to March 2020, focusing on building scalable technology solutions and teams for entertainment acts.

Jake later joined SHK Insights as a Technology Strategist from October 2019 to March 2020, involved in market insights, corporate strategies, customer experiences, and brand transformations for various clients.

Jake's most recent position is at Paradox, where they started as an Associate Product Manager in April 2020. Jake then progressed to Product Manager in February 2021 and currently holds the role of Senior Product Manager since January 2022. Paradox is an AI company specializing in improving the candidate experience through their product, Olivia, which assists with candidate screening and answering questions.

Jake Copeland completed their education from 2015 to 2019 at Arizona State University. Jake obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the W.P. Carey School of Business. In 2017, they briefly attended Draper University, where they pursued a degree in Change Agent, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
