James Thompson

James Thompson is an experienced Product Manager currently with Paradox since April 2019, overseeing Platform Product work and communication technologies. Previously, James served as Email Deliverability Manager at Drip, managing high-volume SaaS email deliverability and anti-spam products. James also had an apprenticeship at FatHead Fabrication, focusing on metal fabrication, and spent nearly a decade at Infusionsoft (now Keap) as Director of Email, delivering over a billion emails monthly and maintaining high deliverability rates. Earlier career experience includes founding Bella Dolce Multimedia, where James managed video production and business operations.
