Stephen Ost

Stephen Ost has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Stephen started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Nextiva in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer Co-Op at IBM. Stephen then co-founded Ufree, serving as the CEO and Founder until the company was acquired in 2015. Following this, they joined Recruiting Ventures as a Product Director, responsible for product software execution and brand mobilization. In 2016, Stephen joined Paradox, initially as the Head of Product, where they led the development of Olivia, an AI recruiting assistant. Stephen subsequently took on the role of Head of Product Design and QA before being promoted to VP of Product in 2019.

Stephen Ost earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona. Stephen attended the university from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Product Management Experience from Kellogg Executive Education in March 2019 and in Systematic Innovation of Products, Processes, and Services from MIT Sloan Executive Education in November 2015.
