The leadership team at Paradox has a wide range of experience in many different industries. A few company names they have worked for include Recruiting Ventures, STA Travel, Yello.co, Oracle Taleo, PeopleScout, and Cornerstone OnDemand. They have also worked in many different roles such as lead software engineer, business analyst, training NCO, and vice president of sales. Additionally, the team members have attended various bootcamps and colleges including RockIT Bootcamp, DePaul Driehaus College of Business, Wisconsin School of Business, and University of Southern California.
