Fredrik Wester

Fredrik Wester has over 18 years of work experience at Paradox Interactive, where they have held various leadership positions. Fredrik is currently serving as the CEO & President since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Executive Chairman of the Board from August 2018 to August 2021, and the CEO & President from April 2009 to August 2018. Fredrik started their journey at Paradox Interactive as the Executive Vice President in August 2003, holding the position until April 2009.

Aside from their work at Paradox Interactive, Fredrik Wester has also served as a Board Member & Investor at Gimnastic de Tarragona SAD since May 2021, at Stark Future SL since January 2021, at QGroup since November 2020, and at 360Player since October 2020. Fredrik has also been the Chairman of the Board at Kichi Invest since October 2016.

Fredrik Wester attended the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a degree in International Business and was close to completing their Master of Science (MSc) degree.
