Linda Samlin Höglund is a Swedish business executive who currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Paradox Interactive. Linda has previously served as the Global CFO and Executive Vice President at Klarna, and as the Global CFO / SEA at Grab.
Linda began their career in 2011 as the Global CFO & EVP at Klarna, one of the leading online payments and ecommerce service providers. Linda was responsible for the global finance function of 50 employees, including business planning, corporate finance, compliance and treasury, as well as the data, procurement and pricing analytics teams. In 2013, they were promoted to Executive Vice President, overseeing new region evaluation and plans.
In 2016, Linda left Klarna to join Grab as their Global CFO / SEA. Grab is the leading mobile transportation app in South East Asia targeting a population of 600 million, present in over 50 cities with over 2 million drivers in the network. As part of the management team and CFO, Linda was responsible for the business and financial strategy, as well as the finance and data organization of 150 employees, including data analytics, purchasing and BI. Linda successfully closed a financing round of 750 MUSD in end 2016.
Linda left Grab in 2017 to join Luminar Ventures as an Entrepreneur in Residence. In 2018, they became a Non-Executive Director at Paradox Interactive.
Linda Samlin Höglund earned their Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, with a specialization in finance, accounting, and international business. Linda also holds a certificate in international business from CEMS, which they earned from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris, France.
