Maciej Kozłowski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the gaming and marketing industry. Maciej started their career as an Editor at Poltergeist, where they worked on content creation and publication planning for a fantasy-oriented website. Maciej later became the Editor in Chief of the PC Games section and led a team in creating unique content.

Maciej then worked as an Account Manager at Orange, where they focused on user acquisition and client communication. Maciej also held the position of Editor at GRY-OnLine, a leading Polish videogame website, where they contributed to journalistic articles, guides, and reviews.

In 2013, Maciej joined CD-Action, a Polish videogame magazine, as a Videogame Journalist in the Preview Section. Maciej wrote high-quality articles for the publication. Maciej also worked as an Assistant in the Video Games Section of Pyrkon Multigenre Fan Convention, where they provided support for various gaming-related activities.

Moving forward, Maciej became an Account Manager at Evilport, specializing in building and maintaining networks with European YouTubers and streamers. Maciej coordinated international projects and promoted Free-to-Play games through influencers and regional websites.

Maciej then joined GameRagon as a Gaming Expert, focusing on marketing and PR. Maciej engaged in brand awareness building, copywriting, and organizing company events during brand events. Maciej also created video reviews related to gaming hardware.

At Blizzard Entertainment, Maciej held the role of Editor in the Digital Publications EU department. Maciej managed web content projects, provided data-driven recommendations for European publishing schedules, and optimized YouTube channels. Maciej also handled digital content publishing for Blizzard game franchises across various channels.

Currently, Maciej works at Paradox Interactive as a Product Marketing Manager. Their responsibilities include establishing marketing strategies, executing marketing plans, and leading and coordinating marketing specialists.

Maciej Kozłowski obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of Political Culture and Thought from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Maciej then continued their education at the same university and received a Master's degree in the field of Monitoring of Public Life from the Faculty of History, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Maciej Kozłowski has also earned several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the "YouTube Certified - Content Strategy" certification from YouTube. In 2018, they completed the "Google Analytics for Beginners" certification offered by Google. Furthermore, in 2019, Maciej Kozłowski obtained multiple certifications related to SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
