Michael Kundak-Cowall began their work experience in 2008 as a Voter's View correspondent at the BBC. From 2010 to 2019, they worked in various roles, including a Census Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau, an Amateur Radio Operator for Washtenaw County Emergency Management, and a Substitute Teacher for PESG. In 2015, Michael served as a Dexter Township Representative for the Washtenaw County Broadband Initiative, focusing on expanding high-speed internet access. Michael most recently worked as a Content Designer at Paradox Interactive, where they wrote player-facing text, scripted mechanics, and conducted research for the Europa Universalis IV game.

Michael Kundak-Cowall attended Cranbrook but the dates of enrollment and the degree or field of study are unknown.
