Niamh Calderwood has extensive work experience in various industries. In 2014, they worked as a Cinema Host at ODEON Cinemas Group, where they provided exceptional customer service and created a welcoming atmosphere for moviegoers. Niamh later became a Cinema Manager, overseeing operations and ensuring a smooth functioning cinema. In 2015, Niamh worked as a Customer Assistant at Boots UK, where they focused on customer satisfaction and product knowledge. Niamh then worked as an Optical Consultant at Boots Opticians from 2017 to 2019, providing exceptional eye care services. In 2020, Niamh became a Customer Service Consultant at TSB Bank, excelling in providing outstanding customer service and support. Currently, in 2022, they are a Content Designer at Paradox Interactive, applying their writing skills to create engaging game content.

Niamh Calderwood pursued their education at various institutions. From 2019 to 2020, they attended The Open University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Creative Writing. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Leeds Beckett University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Contemporary Directing.
