Sean Greaney

Executive Vice President, World Of Darkness at Paradox Interactive

Sean Greaney has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sean started their career as a Reviewer at FasterLouder.com in 2006 before transitioning to a role as a Copywriter in Freelance. In 2009, they became a Sales & Copywriter at The Lifted Brow and also joined Large Magazine as a Columnist.

In 2010, Greaney joined Niche Media as an Online Editor where they grew Marketingmag.com.au into Australia's largest client-side focused marketing and advertising website. Sean later became a Managing Editor and then a Commercial & Content Director, responsible for developing new digital revenue opportunities and content strategies.

In 2012, Greaney became an Editor-at-Large at Niche Media and also served as a Founding Committee Member at PRINKs Melbourne. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Brand Consultant and Communications Manager at The Brand Institute, working with various clients in different industries.

Greaney then joined Paradox Interactive in 2017 as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, they played a key role in marketing initiatives for the company's products. Sean was later promoted to Brand Manager, overseeing the World of Darkness franchise and managing a team with products across various mediums.

In 2022, Greaney was appointed as Vice President of World of Darkness at Paradox Interactive, where they continue to lead and manage the franchise, collaborating with licensing partners and overseeing a large fanbase worldwide.

Sean Greaney completed a Bachelor of Creative Industries with a focus on Journalism from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2004 and 2007. In 2016 and 2017, Sean pursued further education in Svenska Språk (Swedish language) and completed Svenska som andraspråk 3 at SIFA - Stockholms intensivsvenska för akademiker.
