James Nowotny, J.D. has extensive work experience in various leadership and security roles. James is currently the Vice President at Paradyme Management Inc. Prior to this, they served as a member of the Security Team at Cornerstone Chapel. From 2019 to 2022, James held positions at Spry Methods, Inc., where they were the Senior Vice President of Client Engagement and later the Vice President of Service Delivery. Before that, they worked as the Senior Analytic Director at Strategic Operational Solutions. James also worked at KeyW Corporation as a Vice President for 13 years. James began their career in law enforcement, serving as an Operations Security Assistant at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and as a Certified Law Clerk at Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Additionally, they served as a Deputy Sheriff and Reserve Deputy Sheriff at Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

James Nowotny, J.D. attended Edison High School from 1982 to 1986. After completing high school, they enrolled at Butte College to study Criminal Justice. James then transferred to California State University, Long Beach, where they continued their studies in Criminal Justice. Following this, James pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Phoenix. Later, they attended Trinity Law School from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Doctor of Law degree with a specialization in Advanced Appellate Advocacy.
