Yusuf Abdul-Salaam

Yusuf, a member of the Management Team, is responsible for growth, delivery and corporate services operations. Prior to joining Paradyme, he was Senior Vice President of the Justice and Homeland Solutions Business Unit at ECS managing over 1,000 employees on cloud, mobility, information security, and software development programs for the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security. Previously, he was the Vice President of the DHA Group, where he began his career there as an account manager, building the company’s portfolio of clients. But, he soon found himself developing the company’s back office functions from recruiting to operations. Over the years, Yusuf has built a reputation for adding value through serving others and prioritizing collaborative work to achieve the company mission. Yusuf is an expert of the Federal business development lifecycle and brings a proven track record of success with him. He has both grown and facilitated the acquisition of a major Federal contractor, and mentored several other companies along a similar path.
