Andrew Hillis

Andrew Hillis has a diverse work experience history. Andrew co-founded Herald Health in 2017 and Fractal in 2019, where the latter was acquired by a large professional network. At Parafin since 2022, they serve as the Head of Data Science and Underwriting, focusing on machine learning and data products for small businesses. Additionally, they have worked at Facebook as a PhD Intern in Software Engineering and held roles at Harvard University and Innovations for Poverty Action, demonstrating their expertise in data science, economics, and social impact.

Andrew Hillis attended Stanford University from 2006 to 2010. Andrew then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics at Harvard University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Economics at Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2017.
