Gaurav Singh possesses over 12 years of experience in sales management within the dairy industry, currently serving as Sales Manager Horeca at Parag Milk Foods since October 2011. In this role, Gaurav Singh is responsible for the development, distribution, and sales of institutional products within the cheese category, managing a substantial monthly business portfolio of 20 Crores across two brands, Go and Gowardhan. Prior to this, Gaurav Singh held various positions at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., including Area Sales Manager and Assistant Area Sales Manager, and played a key role in quality monitoring at production plants. Gaurav Singh holds an M.B.A. from Motivational Pathway and a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from Allahabad Agricultural Institute, reflecting a strong educational foundation in food and dairy science.
