Frank Barmes has extensive experience in engineering within the orthopedic and spinal device sectors. Since November 2012, Frank has held multiple leadership roles at Paragon 28, including Vice President of Engineering for Arthroplasty, where significant products such as the Monster hind foot screw system and Gorilla plating system were developed and launched. Prior to this, Frank worked at Integra Spine from October 2008 to November 2012, focusing on the development of fusion implants and instrumentation for both cervical and interbody spinal applications. Early career experiences include a volunteer position at ASME and an engineering temp role at Synthes. Frank Barmes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in 2008.
