Jeff Sears

SVP, Operations at Paragon 28

Jeff joined Paragon 28 in June of 2022 as Vice President of Operations. Jeff brings over two decades of operations leadership experience to P28. Jeff will lead the modernization and optimization of the operations functions to scale with the rapid growth of P28. Jeff joined Paragon 28 from Enovis (formerly DJO Global), a publicly traded medical technology and orthopedics company with over $3 billion in revenue, where he spent 5 years as VP of Operation and Supply Chain for the orthopedic bracing business. Prior to Enovis, Jeff spent over seven years at TE Connectivity, including as Senior Director of Global Operations, overseeing operations for eight facilities in the United States, Mexico, China, and Costa Rica, and as General Manager, of Asia Pacific, leading a $60 million medical division. Prior to TE Connectivity, Jeff spent seven years at Stryker rising through the ranks in Operations Engineering, Manufacturing and Plant Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance.

Jeff is a US Army veteran and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
