Caroline Foster

Caroline Foster has held various senior roles in change management and business consulting since 2014. Caroline has experience in leading transformation programs, managing business change, and developing delivery approaches and methodologies. Caroline has worked for companies such as Paragon Banking Group PLC, United Outcomes, St John of God Health Care, City of Greater Geelong, The Royal Women's Hospital, Box Hill Institute, Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, Practicus, Thomas Cook, and KCG Holdings, Inc.

Caroline Foster holds a Marketing Diploma from ACIM obtained from 1994-1996. In 2014, they completed the APMP program at APM. Additionally, they have pursued certification as a Lean Practitioner with a Sigma Green Belt. Caroline also attended St Francis of Assisi School.
