Phil Hughes

Phil Hughes has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Phil has served as Commercial Director at The Paragon Group of Companies since 2013. Prior to that, they held positions such as Chief Executive Officer and Business Development Director at Equidebt Limited, Sales & Marketing Director at Close Credit Management, and Client Development Director at Littlewoods Shop Direct Group. Their experience also includes serving as a Business Development Manager at Britannic Assurance, where they were responsible for developing new revenue streams and launching BPO outsource propositions.

Phil Hughes attended the University of Humberside from 1992 to 1995, where they studied law and obtained a degree in the same field.
