Rachael O'Callaghan

Rachael O'Callaghan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic management, currently serving as General Manager of Capital & Consumables at ParagonCare Limited since June 2018. Previously, Rachael held the position of CEO and General Manager at REM SYSTEMS Australia from 2010 to 2018, where a track record of consistent double-digit revenue growth and successful organizational transformations was established. Prior roles include Market Sector Manager at HARTMANN GROUP and Head of Marketing/Senior Product Manager at CR Bard, contributing significantly to revenue increases and strategic acquisitions within those organizations.
