Neil W.

Neil W. has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer communications industry. Neil began their career at UK Coal Mining Ltd in 2001, serving as the Group Environmental Officer until 2004. Neil then joined Horner Brothers Paragon in 2004, where they held multiple positions including Safety Environment & Quality Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Commercial Manager, and Key Account Manager. In 2015, they joined Paragon Customer Communications as the Head of Key Accounts and later transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Director in 2017. Currently, Neil holds the position of Commercial Director at Paragon Customer Communications, starting in September 2022.

Neil W. earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Management from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Neil later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011.
