Paulette Bailey

Paulette Bailey is an experienced professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), currently serving as the DEI Lead at Paragon Customer Communications and previously at Globant in the EMEA region. In addition to DEI leadership roles, Paulette has held various project management and administrative positions at Penhaligon's, including roles as a Project Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO on both a contract and temporary basis. Throughout these experiences, Paulette has contributed to fostering inclusive workplace environments and managing key projects.
