Vidushi Kapoor

Vidushi Kapoor is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist-2 at Paragon Genomics, specializing in the design of amplicon-based target enrichment NGS panels for various applications, including human diseases and pathogen detection. Prior experiences include roles as a Bioinformatics Analyst III at Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, focusing on variant detection from genomic datasets, and as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Mitra Biotech, where analysis of large-scale genomic datasets was performed to derive therapeutic insights. Vidushi's earlier positions encompassed work at Genentech, San Jose State University, and several research roles at prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology and the National Institute of Plant Genome Research.
