Stephanie Berkland, CHA, CHRM, currently serves as Revenue Manager at Paragon Hotel Company, managing the revenue strategy for a diverse portfolio of hotels. Previously, as General Manager at Guests, Inc., Stephanie oversaw operations for a 120-room franchised hotel, developed annual budgets, and led staff training across multiple departments. Prior experience includes roles at Hotel Equities as General Manager and Sales Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing group business and ensuring successful event execution. Stephanie began their career in guest services at Daly Seven and later worked as an Academic Evaluator at Liberty University. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Human Services with a focus on Business from Liberty University.
