Ruben Gallegos

Ruben Gallegos currently serves as Master Scheduler at Paragon Laboratories since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple roles such as Buyer/Planner and Material Planner. Previously, Ruben worked at NIHON KOHDEN OrangeMed as a Material Planner from March 2021 to February 2022, focusing on the implementation of SAP Business One processes and ensuring a steady supply of production materials. From June 2011 to November 2020, Ruben was employed by Medtronic, starting as a Shipping Receiving Clerk before advancing to Buyer/Planner, where tasks included managing supplier performance and executing SAP purchase requisitions. Additionally, Ruben briefly held the position of Warehouse Coordinator at NovaSignal in mid-2020, managing inventory and coordinating product movements within the warehouse.
