Past roles include Assistant General Counsel for Data Privacy at Intuit, Senior Counsel at eBay and Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Senior Director of Legal & Business Affairs at Yahoo! Inc., where Brooke oversaw legal issues for various digital platforms and negotiated complex agreements across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, along with dual BA degrees in Economics and Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.
