Jonathan Wallace

Jonathan Wallace is a Senior Counsel at Paragon Legal, where Jonathan works with high-tech clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as a Commercial Counsel - Manager of Vaccine Contracts at Curative, advised tech startups as a Corporate Counsel as a Solo Practitioner, and headed the contracts department at ACD, LLC as an In House Counsel. Jonathan's experience also includes roles as a Paralegal to Junior Associate at K&L Gates LLP, Contract Manager at Leasing Innovations Incorporated, International IP Legal Specialist at Qualcomm, Law Clerk at Greenberg Traurig, and Law Clerk at Butterfield Schechter LLP. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. in Political Theory from UC San Diego.
