He has been fortunate to work with great broadcast companies such as Jefferson Pilot Communications, Lincoln Financial Media, and Broadcast Company of the Americas. Dwayne believes that the best radio promotions have a common theme: They provide the station with a cornerstone campaign that benefits the community over an extended period of time. They make their community feel good about their station for doing good. Dwayne was one of the creators of The Denver Broncos Drive For Life which has served Colorado for over 20 years. He has spent the past years working in the branding industry with an emphasis on sports marketing.
