Nico Kranzfelder

Nico Kranzfelder is a Managing Director and Head of M&A at Paragon Partners, where responsibilities include leading efforts in mid-sized business investments with significant growth potential, alongside managing a substantial equity portfolio. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Manager at Chequers Capital, Board Observer positions for various firms such as Deutsche Fachpflege Gruppe and Phoenix International SpA, and experience in M&A at Macquarie Group.
